Paths to Success

We are implementing this project to improve the social, educational, and employment situation of project participants through a transnational mobility program, which involves preparing for and completing a professional internship in another European Union Member State. The project's goal is to increase the level of labour market and social integration of project participants by including them in a comprehensive activation program under the ALMA initiative.

1. PREPARATION PHASE:
   • identifying the challenges faced by project participants and defining support paths,
   • pre-departure training and mentoring support, including linguistic and cultural preparation and potential professional development.
2. MOBILITY PHASE:
   • internships abroad in Greece, combined with language training and cultural immersion in the host country.
3. MAINTENANCE PHASE:
   • activities to support project participants upon their return by increasing their chances of employment or further education.

The project will result in the acquisition or improvement of professional competencies (work experience and new skills) among young unemployed individuals, as well as a change in their attitudes and motivation to further their education or take up employment.
